Arrival to Prague. Transfer to the hotel. Accommodation. Relaxation after long flight and waiting for the rest of the group.

Day 2 Prague - Grand City Tour - Monday
In the morning transfer to starting point for the Grand City Tour. The tour lasts 3,5 hour and takes you both to the historic as well as to the modern quarters of Prague. You will visit the Old Town, the New Town and the Lesser Town. The tour includes also 70 minutes lasting detailed excursion of the Prague Castle and the ancient Jewish Quarter Josefov + the Bohemian Glass Museum. The tour ends in The Old Town Square in the centre where you can start the own exploring tour.

Day 3 Trip to Karlstejn Castle - Tuesday
In the morning transfer to starting point for the 5 hour trip to Karlstejn Castle : A visit to a majestic gothic castle built 650 years ago on a picturesque site in the middle of the dense forests. After the visit of the castle, a traditional Czech lunch will be served in the restaurant Bohemia. Special menu for vegetarians, diabetics and children is available.

Day 4 Free day - Wednesday
Free day for your own exploring of the city, shopping and enjoying the specific atmosphere of the lively city.
An optional tour is available (Kutna Hora - 5 hour trip to the famous medieval town listed in UNESCO heritage list)

Day 5 Departure - Thursday
After the breakfast transfer to the airport for your departure home.

The trips offered in the itinerary are provided in co-operation with a partner travel agency.

Individual extended stay is available on request !

Personal pick up at the airport and transfer to the hotel by the escort - driver.

BOOKING PROCEDURES

Please register by fax or e-mail your agency or tour operator office on the e-mail address renwy@renwy.com or fax number 00420 48 512 4938 as a potential retailer.

Then you can apply Free sale (RENWY will regularly send you the status of all the above mentioned tours departures. You could sell any departures as long as they remain open).

All reservations should be made by fax or e-mail with all necessary informations :
- name of the tour agency and the seller
- invoicing address of the retailer
- date of the request
- date of the requested departure
- client's name (or names)
- client's nationality
- requested type of accommodation (single, double, twin ....)

All bookings are closed to the free sale 40 days before the departure date. Exceptions must be consulted with RENWY - incoming office.

The retailer will receive an invoice amounting to 100% of the ordered services from RENWY travel agency immediately after the confirmation of the order (we will send you a fax or e-mail to acknowledge the receipt of your reservation). The full payment must occure on the RENWY account at least 45 days prior to arrival (otherwise the booking will be automatically cancelled). The costs of bank transfers are borne by the retailer.

A copy of the international payment order with bank confirmation will serve as the payment document.
This copy must be sent to RENWY by fax at the payment day (fax No 00420 48 512 4938). Payments must be remitted to the following account number:

Each payment must include the RENWY booking number (stated on the invoice).
The tour and/or required services can be provided only after the total sum has been paid. A final settlement including the refund on an overpayment (if this should occur) will be undertaken by RENWY at the latest within 30 days of concluding the final service.

CANCELLATIONS

The partner, a recipient of RENWY services, has the right to withdraw from the contract free of charge, but may not do so later than 60 days prior to commencing the first service.
The cancellation must be undertaken in writing only and it will come into force on the day of its delivery to RENWY.

After this deadline, it is the obligation of the partner to defray the following cancellation fees after cancelling the contract:

- In the case of a cancellation up to 45 days prior to arrival - no penalty
- In the case of a cancellation between 45 - 21 days prior to arrival - 25% of the value of ordered services
- In the case of a cancellation between 20 - 08 days prior to arrival - 50% of the value of ordered services
- In the case of a cancellation 7 days and less prior to arrival - 100% of the value of ordered services

RENWY does not claim cancellation fees in the case of cancellations caused by Acts of God (natural disasters, floods, riots, strikes, border blockades, crashes, accidents, illnesses etc.), which make the provision of the agreed services impossible or make them difficult for the partner to use.
A total or partial cancellation must be conclusively attested.
In the case of cancellations without a penalty, RENWY will return the received deposit to partner without necessary delay.

There will be no refund for any portion of a prepackaged program not used by the client or in case of no show of the client, late arrival or non respecting of customs formalities etc.

PRICE MODIFICATIONS

All the prices given in this offer are net prices without commission. The differences in the given prices are possible only if they do not have a fundamental meaning for and influence on the entire service. The maximum price increase must not be higher than 5% and it must be announced by RENWY at least 2 months, i.e. 60 calendar days, in advance.

RENWY reserves the right to change the rates for reasons beyond its control.

PROGRAM OR ITINERARY MODIFICATIONS

RENWY must reserve the right to make itinerary changes at any time in order to improve or preserve the quality of the program (e.g. in case of strikes, floods etc.). If possible, notice will be given.

CANCELLATIONS BY RENWY

RENWY reserves the right to cancel the reservation

a) in the case of a retailer's failure to pay on time and/or payment, which is not in accordance with the payment terms. In such cases, RENWY is entitled to cancel all the required services and charge a penalty according to above stated cancellation conditions.
b) in the case of the services confirmed in the order not being able to be undertaken for reasons of Acts of God and if the partner is not interested in the offered replacement services.

In such cases, RENWY bears no responsibility and is not liable for any costs or damages incurred by the clients in relation to this. In the case of any disputes, the matter will be resolved by a Czech court with the appropriate jurisdiction.

GUARANTEES AND CLAIMS

RENWY guarantees, within the framework of its offer, the top quality selection of the providers of the offered services and the data in this offer.
Any inadequacies in the services must be announced to RENWY by the retailer in written form after the completion of the last service and this must occur within 21 days of the end of the tour.
